My husband and I frequented Hyde Park Café in Niagara Falls for very good fish and grits. Manna is better. The fish is beautifully fried -not a hard fry. The fish is thick and the meat is lobster-like. Very moist and savory. Grits were slapping and the eggs were fried perfectly. Our server was friendly and accommodating in the food came quickly and was piping hot delicious. It's about $10 more for two people to come here but well worth it and I don't have to drive to Niagara Falls! Coffee even slapped. We will be back.
Had fish n grits. Not too spicy, very fresh, hot and delicious. You pay but you get get get!!!! Still haven't had the other items on the menu, so hung up on the FISH!
The food is good but the fish is not crispy enough for me. The grits and the eggs was fine. The service was regular ( not bad) and the atmosphere was average.
Grateful to have had catering during an event at the north land workforce training center! The green beans were incredible, the flavoring and pepper were so delicious! The chicken cutlet and Mac and cheese were good - they did those staples well but nothing blew me away other than the beans. The vanilla wafer pudding was also delicious! We had the kindest young staff to serve us.
Excellent service--friendly and attentive staff, and the wait for our food wasn't long at all. Really enjoyed the chicken and waffles, and the manna tea was delicious though a little sweet for my taste. Others in my party had the oxtail stew and sandwiches which were enormous! We had a meeting over our lunch and it was the perfect place for it - Quiet enough we could chat and no one rushed us out. Will definitely come back again, in this location or at their new spot on Main!
